Angkor Meanchey is one of the oldest buildings in Phnom Penh, constructed in the 1950s. It is located at the intersection of Preah Monivong Boulevard and Kampuchea Krom Boulevard in the 7 Makara District.
They are preparing to demolish this building in the near future.
